My New DailyOm Online Course is Live! An exciting announcement came to my email a few days ago. My course for Daily Om entitled "Live from the Heart and Unlock Your Potential" is available on DailyOm.com! The course took a little over a year to get published. There is a lengthy process to complete, submit and have approved and then it goes to the marketing department for their approval and design ideas. Communication lagged often and it became frustrating for me. I started getting discouraged and felt like quitting ... but then something really big happened. 

​When you begin your goal setting process you have an idea about what you want to create. You begin to “think” about it. You might say to yourself, “this is something I want to think about and ponder upon.”
 
Instead of saying “something to Think About” in regards to setting intentional goals, try on “something to Imagine—“
 
Imagination is creative intelligence—thinking is mind related—there is a distinct difference in the outcome. Imagination will bring forward expansion, wisdom, color, loving energy, brilliance—and a clear vision of what is being created. Imagination keeps one in her heart consciousness—deep connections derive out of imagining.
 
Imagining will certainly engage the brain—and the brain will engage the cells—and all of it will begin to morph into pure intention—that is the magic place!
 
When a goal is imagined, with all it’s possibilities included, seen with clarity of purpose, and adopted as a way of being, the intention within will evolve naturally without much effort. Releasing attachment to any control of the outcome is vital to the process—Imagining what it is you want to create in it’s fullest capacity, already realized and then letting go of any need to control the outcome will produce magic!
 
Choose Imagination—and begin to BE.

I have been pondering that question. If not now, when? It has been used often, in many writings by many authors. It is a good question.
 
There is only NOW—and then the next NOW—So many spiritual teachers speak of that fact. Over and over again I hear, “be in the now”—that is all there is.
 
I do believe it—and I know it to be true. I can’t go back and change my past-it is what it is—good, bad—all of it. I can certainly learn from it by not making the same mistakes over again. I can cherish the wonderful memories with family and friends. But I can not create a better past. I cannot create an awesome future either. I can only be here now—in every moment—creating step by step.
 
I can, however, look deeply inside myself—my core, my essence—and in that delving see that I am divinely created. I radiate that divine light in all that I am. I can own that and know it to be true. Once I claim my true heritage, my higher consciousness, my soul—I am in the moment—generating my being, moment and moment.
 
So it is now—and in the now I can be the best I can be because I am trusting I will be led—guided—always.
 
So I choose to live inside of my spiritual consciousness, in this moment and from each moment after this one. I choose to stand for others being their higher consciousness and living their core values—daily—each second—each moment-totally connected to their heart.I choose to stand for all women having a voice that speaks their truth without fear of persecution—or punishment. I choose to stand for children being educated and free of fear for their lives.
and so much more—because I know I can right now.

I have been at this life for awhile—and have seen and heard just about everything. Some of what I have seen and heard is amazing and awe-inspiring. There have also been many things that I would have preferred not to know about.

Throughout my spiritual seeking and practice I have come to see that standing in
my heart consciousness, my soul knowing, I can observe all that goes on around
me and still remain in my heart.

There has always been a longing deep within me to dwell in my soul. I seek others who have that same desire and longing. It is as though I am returning to what I always knew but somehow forgot.

I believe we come in knowing—remembering the Love that is ours—the Divine in
us all—that voice of truth and reality-without the ego involved. Sitting in the silence inviting in that truth allows us to reconnect.

I am seeking those who can resonate with what I am saying. I awake each day
and invoke just that—a collective consciousness, soul sisters and brothers who
can join me in a quest to share what silence brings.

Imagine what outstanding leadership would emerge from that silent knowing!
Leaders who listen from their soul, leaders who truly care and know how to stand
in that caring, leaders who encourage greatness in those they are leading!
Those leaders would be deeply connected to what they value most. They would
lead from those core values, knowing in their heart consciousness that they were
encouraging others to do the same. A quality of Being would shift the collective
consciousness of those who encounter such a leader. Love would begin to be fully
present in the hearts of all those who came together to make a difference.
