2024 is coming close to being finished! So far it has been quite an experience of dwelling in my heart’s wisdom! For the past three years I have been involved in a Network Marketing business! I jumped in because I wanted to spread my “wings” and try on being in a lane I was not familiar with! During my time there I was able to live from my core values of creative self-expression, love and freedom! I used my mentoring talents with the young women who were part of our Direct Sales Team! It warmed my heart to watch them grow, become more self confident and successful!!
​About five months ago I decided that it was time for me to let that experience go! I found that when the company decided to expand into a bigger network with many more products it became overwhelming for me. I am happy to say that many of the women I met and worked with have remained wonderful friends!
In my book, Unlock Your Heart: Goal Setting From The Inside Out, one of the main principles is to delve into what our heart wants for us—Who we are BEING before we begin Doing allows us to focus on our true values and purpose! We get deep clarity on who we ARE!

I do my best to follow the steps set up in the sessions in the book! I keep learning!
My journey into network marketing stretched me in stepping out of my comfort zone! For that I am beyond grateful!

Now as I am an Octogenarian I am ready to live from my heart—being the best I can be in that space! How amazing it is to arrive in my heart and live from KNOWING Who I am, What I am, and HOW I serve! All the years of study, practice and continuing to delve deeper into my Truth have come about for me! I am blessed beyond measure!

I encourage all of you to keep going into your quiet place and connecting with your heart!! The answers are all there.
]]><![CDATA[Life Cycles]]>Tue, 21 Jun 2022 07:00:00 GMThttps://www.unlockyourheart.com/blog/life-cyclesI am reviewing my journey from 2019 to my current way of Being! I would imagine most everyone can relate to having to adjust to being secluded during the original outbreak of Covid. Thinking back on the impact it had on me is very telling. I had just moved back to Carlsbad,CA in June of 2019! Leaving Santa Fe, NM was filled with much emotion and deep gratitude for the 10 years I spent there. My soul was refreshed and stretched from the experience! Since I am a California girl by heart, I am very at ease being back on the coast. While being sequestered during 2020 I had much time to be introspective—as most of us did. As I looked more deeply into my situation, I noticed something was missing.
My Spiritual mentoring practice slowed down, and I began taking a look at who I wanted to BE NOW and WHY. I knew I needed something to challenge me and bring me back into a group/commUNITY environment! I knew my main purpose was still to make a difference for all women. I have always stood for women having a voice and a choice! I was introduced to Savvi, an online athleisure wear company! I loved their mission and core values! Making a difference together is core to their purpose. They offer inclusivity, they have deep integrity and a fantastic product! It seemed like a perfect “fit” for me! Coming out of my comfort zone and taking a risk that would be fun and uplifting was what I wanted! I have been with Savvi now about nine months and am loving the community of supportive women-and residual income! My Soul and Spirit feel refreshed once again.I am blessed!!

I am marveling at the vastness of God.
 
The morning sky—cloudy with patches of color—blue peaking through the clouds—silence—not much traffic noise right now. I am steeped in gratitude as I sit in my room. I have a lovely vantage point to watch the eastern sky.
 
At present, these is very little wind, so the clouds are not swiftly moving by. The palm fronds are only slightly swaying. It is as if they hear music, a tone only plants can hear.
 
I am coming to KNOW life really is vibrational, tonal, multi-dimensional. Nothing is permanent, everything is pulsing, we just can’t "see" it. Sometimes, in meditation, I can feel it. My skin tingles and I feel much lighter, not so dense, and I feel lifted.
 
Man/Woman kind is experiencing a universal trauma right now. Fear is creeping into everyone’s mind—some more so than others. Fear brings forth anger and hatred. It is up to us to rise above the low vibration of fear and bring love to light. There is always room for more love.
 
We are children of God, Divine in our true nature, but we forget and disbelieve. History wants to hold us back, to make us feel separate and keep us down so that a few can rise to power and greedily take everything from us.But our true nature knows love.
 
Our hearts speak love. I am willing, able and worthy of God’s love and so is everyone else. Love conquers all.
 
I feel a responsibility to serve love—How? By seeing everyone and everything through the eyes of the Divine—because the Divine is in everything—all in all. A challenge, definitely! But my soul longs for this deep connection with the souls of others. On a soul level, WE ARE ONE. Declaring that is vital right now.
